Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues (cough, running nose, fever, shortness of breath). Be aware that cancellations may occur if any staff may have contracted the virus. Due to the rising numbers of Covid- 19, if you would like your technician to wear a mask and other PPE, please let us know in advance. Although masks are not mandated, we ask that mask preferences for staff and client are respected. If you are unsure, please wear a mask, avoid shared enclosed areas and practice safe social distancing. We have virtual tools available to staff. You may be able to arrange for remote participation.

If you do attend your service appointment, please follow these hygiene protocols for your safety and ours:
- Wash hands with soap and water before and after arriving. Hand sanitizer is a great alternative – please bring some with you.
- If you have symptoms, maintain 2m separation and/or wear a well-fitted mask over your mouth and nose.
- If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your bended elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.
- No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching.
