If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your service appointment. 
Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues (cough, running nose, fever, shortness of breath). Be aware that cancellations may occur if any staff may have become ill. We understand if you need to cancel because you are unwell, but note that we have virtual tools available to staff and you may be able to arrange for remote participation.
